Achieving the best price for your property is paramount however if issues such as the condition, location, structural matters, incorrect planning or building regulations and so forth are hindering your ability to achieve the best price for your property then it is certainly worth us having a chat.

Yes we do! We welcome portfolios.
We can arrange the sale of your portfolio as a whole, in parts or even consult with you regarding more creative structures to maximise your returns.

We will require additional information regarding the tenancies to ensure there are no potential issues in the future but in principle, we have no problems with tenants in situ.

We charge an up front, non refundable registration fee of £1000+VAT to join our portfolio building service.
We then charge an additional fee on completion of each deal we source for you which will vary depending on the deal type (subject to from a minimum fee of £3000+VAT)
We can source a variety of properties for you – from Single-Let, Terraces, 5+ Bed HMOs to Flips.
We have the ability to leverage our local knowledge and contacts to ascertain where to look for both on and off-market deals.
We cover South East London and the entire Bromley Borough.
We currently only offer a refurbishment project management service for properties we source for clients.
We do not currently offer a lettings & property management service, however we do work with selected partners who may be able to help you.
Our property buying service is only available to you if you are interested in properties valued over £500,000.
The property buying service is for people who are looking to purchase a home to move into or to turn into a Buy-To-Let in South East London or Bromley.
We will have an initial conversation around what type of property you are looking for, the “must haves” and the “good to haves” and ideal locations you are looking in.
We then create a shortlist of suitable properties after viewing them ourselves. We will then arrange a viewing tour of these when suitable.
Finally, we handle the buying process from start to finish including offers, progression and we will even collect the keys on completion day if required.
There is a £5000+VAT fee for our property buying service.
A non-refundable first payment of £1000+VAT is payable on instruction and the balance is payable on completion.
If you find a property yourselves there would be no additional fees to pay.
